Abstract
This paper proposes some initiatives aimed at dealing with extensive use of land resources in development zones in China (including various parks and industrial clusters). These include:the planning of development zone must be adjusted so as to try our best to urge"three rules"(hereinafter referred to as plans for national economic and social development, urban planning and land use planning). At the same time, we will adjust and optimize the industrial structure and promote the urbanization of development zones, as well as three-dimensional intensive use of land and moderately improve the land use intensity. On this basis, we will fully excavate urban land use potentiality and improve both the land utilization efficiency and the use intensity of land used for construction purposes. In addition, we will arrange land for development scientifically, strengthen entire supervision on land use, and establish economical and intensive land use evaluation and the incentive mechanism.关键词
