Abstract
The total investment in mineral resource exploration has risen sharply, but average annual growth rate is five percentage points lower than the national average in Ningxia, which is far behind the requirement of geological prospecting in the new period. This paper mainly analyses the problems Ningxia faces, these include: insufficient total investment and low fiscal investment proportion have failed to meet the needs of economic and social development;investment direction structure of geological exploration fund is imbalance, and there is insufficient investment in the basic and public geological survey;in Ningxia, they invested in the state-owned geological exploration units too little to create a better condition for the development of geological exploration cause. For this purpose, this paper argues that it is an urgent need to deepen reform, increase effective input in geological work, optimize investment direction structure. Especially, funding should be increased into geological prospectint units so as to meet the needs of the economic and social development for resources.关键词
