Abstract
Based on collecting information aboutHuangshi City comprehensively, the paper uses ArcGIS software to analyze the suitability of geological environment of thecity by building an integrated index evaluation model, and divides the city into three types of suitable ecological land, suitable agricultural land, and suitableconstruction land. According to the suitability evaluation results, the paper put forward some recommendations after we consider the economic and social development and land usesituation in Huangshi:Firstly, further optimize the layout of urban space in Huangshi city, and implement actively the riverside development and urban renewal projects. Secondly, Daye city should put more attention to geological environmental restoration and ecological environmental protection, develop ecological agriculture and eco-tourism actively, and control new construction land strictly. Thirdly,Yangxincountyshould develop riverside characteristiceconomy, special sightseeing agriculture, new building materials, logistics and warehousing, to undertake the drive and radiation from Huangshi and Wuhan actively.关键词
