低油价背景下有关页岩气问题的几点思考
Thoughts on the Issues of Shale Gas under the Background of Low Oil Prices

Abstract
Since June 20th, 2014, the international oil price has declined, which produced a remarkable impact on China’s shale gas fever which has lasted several years. These impacts have been involved in the aspects of exploration and development, capital market, and policy and management. From this, we can see that we have shortages in strategic research, policy design and decision-making with regard to shale gas exploration and exploitation. In response to this, this paper proposes some measures required for promoting shale gas exploration. These measures include the following. First, we should strengthen our initiatives in basic shale gas geological work, and decrease blindness. Second, we must not only attach importance to and encourage exploration and production of shale gas, but also the native conventional oil and gas exploration and development. Third, we should enhance our efforts to research the strategy, planning and policy design regarding shale gas.关键词
