Abstract
There’re several investment and ifnancing patterns in foreign geological exploration market, including funds, equities, bank credit market. In developed countries, the diversiifed investment and ifnancing mode is popular. In this study, we take Japan, Canada and Germany as examples, which are three typical investment and ifnancing system in geological exploration market. We ifnd that the investment and ifnancing pattern can be classiifed as banks and government oriented, capital market oriented and ifnancial investment oriented respectively. Overall, the investment and ifnancing patterns in international geological exploration market are as follows: stock ifnancing, private capital investment, commercial bank credit capital investment, stock investment by investment companies, investment and other forms of cooperation. There’s some enlightenment for China: Firstly, we should increase government investment in geological exploration in order to the establishment of a sound and effective ifnancial investment mechanisms. Secondly, we should develop the mining capital market, establish and improve the diversity investment and ifnancing system. Thirdly, we should furtherly improve the mining legal system and the policy environment of mining investment.关键词
