我国能源利用影响的区域差异分析
Regional Difference of China’s Energy Utilization Impact
摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of energy utilization regional impact on regional economic environment. On this basis, it establishes the index system for energy utilization regional impact; and analyzes the regional difference of China’s energy utilization from environment effects of energy use and effects of energy industry. This study shows that negative impact on environment of energy use in China’s economically developed areas such as Shanghai and Tianjin is much stronger than that of the other regions. Therefore, we must engage in more efforts to implement energy-saving and emission reduction and clean energy utilization of the consumers so as to reduce the discharge of pollutants. Because of the rapid economic development in the eastern region, and the slow development in the western region, the growth of the energy industry has inhibitory effect on other industries and tax. Given this, we must attach importance to converging development of primary industry, secondary industry, and tertiary industry of provinces, especially, eastern and western regions; and develop preferential tax policies to construct ecological civilization. In parts of the mid-west provinces, because the growth of the energy industry has inhibitory effect on the population, we must speed up the development of the tertiary industry in a suitable way, and promote the population who engaged in energy industry to shift to the third industry.关键词
