摘要
Abstract
The paper introduces the background,aim and significance of the post-evaluation of the Seafarer Regulations.It briefs on the methodology of the evaluation,including literature research,questionnaire investigation and on-site study as well as the research report.Focusing on the comparison between the Seafarer Regulations and international conventions as well as other domestic laws,it expounds the content of the conformity and coordination and makes a general evaluation on the Seafarer Regulations.关键词
