Analysis of the Manufacturing Quality Inspection Requirements for the Steel Test Model of Underwater Pressure Bearing Structures
摘要
Abstract
The development of underwater pressure bearing structures involves a large amount of scale model tests,and the manufacturing quality of these test models are directly associated with the correctness of the test result. This paper analyzes a variety of factors that influence the scale model test of underwater pressure bearing structures,and,accordingly,a set of inspection requirements regarding the manufactur⁃ing quality of these steel models is proposed. Moreover,for the evaluation of those test models with out-of-tolerance initial deflection,a finite element approach is proposed based on theoretical analysis. The validity of this method is successfully proved by the evaluation results of four actual examples. Over⁃all,the inspection requirements and the finite element method presented here may serve as good referenc⁃es for the evaluation calculation of steel test models of underwater pressure bearing structures.关键词
