过热蒸汽流量仿真测量研究
Simulating Measurement Technology of Superheated Steam Flow

Abstract
For naval steam power systems,an accurate measurement of the superheated flow is of vital im⁃portance. However,since superheated steam is prone to convert into a liquid-vapor two phase flow,most available steam flowmeters fail to achieve the desired measurement precision. In view of the problem,a nu⁃merical simulation model of the pipeline steam flow under certain working condition is established in this paper,based on the flow field analysis with CFD modeling technologies. The flow distribution and diversifi⁃cation on the pipe flowmeter are also analyzed in real time. A comparison between the simulated results and the actual measured values validates the proposed flow measurement technique. Finally,by applying a median filter,the precision of the model is further improved. In brief,the technique presented here may provide a solid basis for applications involving superheated steam flow measurement and data correction.关键词
