An Assessment Model of Energy Consumption for NC Turning Process Based on Principle of Conservation of Energy
摘要
Abstract
Based on the principle of conservation of energy,an accurate assessment model of energy consumption for NC turning operation was presented.According to the energy flow of machine tool system,the power of each energy branch was separated.After modeling every branch,a function was built among energy consumption and spindle speed,feed rate and material removal rate.Because of the independence of these branches,the energy consumption model suited to the stable cutting stage,and to the stable standby and idle and cutting-free stages.The accuracy of this method is confirmed over 98% by a series of turning experiments.On the strength of this method,an improved model of specif-ic energy consumption was developed.关键词
