摘要

Abstract

Research on effect of TiN nano additive on lubricity using MRS-10 A Computer Con-trolled Hydraulic Four-ball Friction Tester MRS-10A in condition the content of the nano additive in the range from 0.25%~1%.In addition,take advantage of Grinding Spot Measurement System,Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope OLS1 100 and EDS Measurement Instruments to analyze its frictional wear behavior and self-repair characteristic.Surveys 0.5% TiN performance improving lubricant on experimental Diesel engine with diferent speed,measuring the impact of additive lubricant in the en-gine characteristic outer curve.Experimental results show that:0.5% of TiN nano additive in lubricant have improved the lubricant quality significantly:anti-corrosion,self-repair,reduce heat by decreasing friction work,reducing lubricant temperature,improved operating characteristics,power and torque of the engine,reducing specific fuel costs,there by achieving the longevity of the engine and more energy-saving compared to the normal lubricant.
