The effect of miconazole on the resorption ability of osteoclast on hydroxyapatite coating
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the effect of miconazole on the osteoclastic resorption ability on hydroxyap-atite (HA) coating surface. Methods: Osteoclasts were generated on HA coating surface. After osteo-clasts were generated, different concentrations of miconazole was added and cocultured for 48h. The re-sorption pits on the surface was measured by SEM and the resorption area were measured. Results: Mi-conazole inhibited resorption area on HA coating surface in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion: Mi-conazole inhibited osteoclastic resorpiton on HA coating surface.关键词
