摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the correlation of IL-1β in peri -implant crevicular fluid (PICF) and peri-implantitis. Methods: To divide the test implant into three groups, group A is mild peri-implanti-tis around 25 pieces, group B is severe peri-implantitis around 5 pieces, and group C is the health group (control group) around 16 pieces. IL-1β of PICF are all tested by ELISA. Results: IL-1β can be detected in PICF of group A and B, but cannot be found in group C. And the detection rate of IL-1β is in positive correlation with inflammation indexes. Conclusion: The IL-1β must has relevance with peri-implantitis, and it could be used to evaluate the healthy condition of the peri-implantitis.关键词
