种植体周围袋中中间普氏菌的检测及临床意义
A one-year study on the changes of prevotella intermedia in subgingival plaque of dental implant

Abstract
Objective: To study the changes of Prevotella intermedia of the implants within one year. Meth-ods: Collect 46 implants in 38 patients. divided them into two groups. Group A contained 20 implants which probed bleeding after 1 year restoration. Group B contained 26 which probed no blood. Evaluate, in the four stages of one month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after restoration, their Plaque Index (PLI), Gingival Index (GI), Probing Depth (PD) and X-ray bone absorption. Subgingival plaque samples were cultured separately by the selective medium of Prevotella intermedia. Results: The horizontal comparison of the group A and B shows that the value of Prevotella intermedia count, gingival index (GI), probing depth (PD) is statistically different from group B. Other tested indexes show no statistic difference. 3 month after restoration, the value of Prevotella intermedia in group A is significantly dif-ferent from group B. In the longitudinal comparison of the two group, the value of Prevotella intermedia is increasing as time went on. From the 1st to the 3rd month, the value increases most obviously and by the 6th month, becomes stable. The value of Prevotella intermedia is statistically different between the 1st and the 3rd month, and show no statistical difference between the 6th and 12th month. Other tested indexes show no statistic difference. Conclusions: Patients with implants should be guided to do cleansing and maintenance in oral cavity after 3 months restoration, so as to prevent peri-implantitis and increase success rate of implants.关键词
