利奈唑胺与磷霉素对甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌体外联合药敏的研究
In vitro activity of linezolid combination with fosfomycin against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the antibiotic effects of linezolid combined with fosfomycin against 60 strains of methicillin -resistant Staphylococcus aureus( MRSA) in vitro.Methods The broth microdilu-tion and checkerboard method were used to determine the MICs of linezolid or fosfomycin against 60 strains of MRSA and fractional inhibito-ry concentration ( FIC ) index was calculated according to MIC results . The time-killing curves of linezolid and fosfomycin alone or combination were determined.Results Of the tested strains, 43 isolates(71.67%) showed synergistic interaction ( FICI≤0.5 ) was observed.At 24 h the combination resulted in more than 2 log10 CFU· mL-1 reduction in viable bacteria compared with linezolid or fosfomycin alone.Conclusion The results suggested high synergy with linezolid and fosfomycin combination against MRSA strains.关键词
