摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the antitumor effect in vivo of Coix leaf′s water extract and alcohol extract of different concentrations on H 22 tumor-bearing mice.Methods Take 120 CL Kunming mice to prepare tumor models of cell transplantation , and divided these into 12 groups, with 10 mice in each group.There are model group and control group ( cy-clophosphamide , 20 mg · kg -1 ) , five difference concentration ( 0.15 , 0.30 ,0.45 ,0.60 ,0.75 g · mL -1 ) groups with Coix leaf′s water extract (CLWE) and alcohol extract(CLAE).The tumor of H22 tumor-bearing mice was weighed.The inhibitory rate, and calculate liver index, spleen index and thymus index were calculated .Results The best antitumor concentration of the extract from Coix leaf′s is 0.45 g· mL-1 .The inhi-bition rate of CLAE is better than the CLWE .Compared with the model group, the 0.45 g· mL-1 group of CLWE and each concentration groups of CLAE can significantly inhibit the growth of tumor ( P <0.05 , P<0.01 ) .The tumor inhibition rate of CLAE of 0.45 g · mL -1 reaches 63.2%.The Coix leaf′s extracts exert antitumor effect , and have a sig-nificant protective effect on thymus at the same time .Conclusion The best antitumor concentration of the extract from Coix leaf′s is 0.45 g· mL-1 .The inhibition rate of CLAE is better than that of the CLWE .
