Regulation of PDZK1 on scavenger receptor class B type I and its association with lipid regulating agents
摘要
Abstract
PDZK1 was an adaptor protein containing four PDZ interaction domains.Scavenger receptor class B type I ( SR -BI ) was the first molecularly well -defined high -density lipoprotein ( HDL ) receptor . PDZK1 regulates the expression of SR -BI at posttranscriptional level . Lipid regulating agents regulates the expression of PDZK 1 and SR-BI, and thus affect hypolipidemic effect of lipid regulating agents .Therefore , this paper reviews the role of PDZK 1 in controlling SR -BI and the research situations of its association withlipid regulating agents .关键词
