摘要
Abstract
The small G proteins ( small GTPase) can be combined with guanylate and promote the phosphorylation of downstream target, displa-ying its GIP enzymatic activity.The small G proteins play an important part in cellular signal transduction, cytoskeleton regulation, cell prolifer-ation, cell cycle regulation, calcium homeostasis, endoplasmic reticulum stress, autophagy and so on.This review made a summary for the regula-tory effect of microRNA and small G proteins.关键词
