Review of microRNA related to the metastasis of colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Metastasis is one of the leading cause of death in patients with colorectal cancer.MicroRNA ( miRNA) can regulate epithelial-mesen-chymal transition, oncogenes, tumor suppressor genes and tumor metasta-sis related genes, and combine target gene mRNA by binding to comple-mentary sites to regulate the expression of target genes in post-transcrip-tional, thus regulate the tumor occurrence and development.In recent years, more and more studies show that miRNAs play important roles in the metastasis of colorectal cancer, which is expected to become a new target for the treatment of colorectal cancer.关键词
