摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the in vitro antimicrobial activity of ceforanide against clinical isolates.Methods A total of 617 strains were included in this study.Minimal inhibitory concentrations ( MIC) of anti-microbials were performed by the agar dilution method. Results Ceforanide had a good antibacterial activity against methicillin-senstive Staphylococcus aureus( MSSA) ,βStreptococeus haemolyticus, Escherichia coli nagative extended -spectrum βlactamases ( ESBLs-) , Klebsiella pneumoniae ESBLs-, Proteus spp, Salmonella typhi, Haemophilus Influ-enzae, Moraxella catarrhalis.The MIC90 of ceforanide against above bac-teria were 0.25-8 mg·L-1 .Conclusion Ceforanide exhibits a good activity against most clinical strains in this study.The antibacterial activi-ty of ceforanide were similar with cefuroxime, cefamandole, cefotiam.关键词
