半夏泻心汤合并西药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效的Meta分析
Meta-analysis on effectiveness of Banxiaxiexin decoction combined with western medicine in treating of bile reflux gastritis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate whether Banxiaxiexin decoction com-bined with western medicine treatment has remarkable clinical effect on the patients with bile reflux gastritis ( BRG) .Methods Correlative literatures were searched by computer. A total of twelve studies of randomized controlled trial were brought into this research according to the inclusion and the exclusion criteria.Meta-analysis was used in three aspects including total effective rate, belching relief and epigastric pain relief.Results It showed significant differences in total effective rate and epigastric pain relief,but no significant difference in belching relief. Conclusion Banxiaxiexin decoction for purging stomach-fire combined with western medicine treatment was beneficial to improve the total effective rate and relieve epigastric pain of patients with bile reflux gastri-tis, but had no significant advantage to improve the belching.关键词
