Relationship Between Reducing Sugar Content of Willows Poplar and Damage of Anoplophora glabripennis
摘要
Abstract
With the method of 3 ,5-dinitrosaiicylic acid colorimetry ,we tested reducing sugar .The result was that the content of reducing sugar in the phloem was more than xylem whether the trees dormant or growing season .In the dormant season ,the content of reducing sugar of harmed phloem reduced except Salix gordeivii Chang et SkV .There was no rule change of xylem .The difference was prominent among species ,which was so between phloem and xylem .There was no significant difference between healthy and damaged .There was no correlation between the con-tent of reducing sugar in the xylem and phloem and the percentage of infestation whether the trees dormant or growing season .关键词
