蓝靛果忍冬天然群体家系果实性状变异分析
Analysis on Genetic Variation of Berry Characters in the Offspring from Natural Populations of Lonicera edulis

Abstract
Lonicera edulis prefer the cold and wetter climate ,and it is a perennial shrub belonging to wild berry cate‐gory ,which it has a high nutritional and medicinal value .In order to provide theoretical basis for the breeding ,in‐troduction and cultivation in the cold area .We analyzed and evaluated the degree of genetic variation from berry char‐acters base on discussing the ecological effect on light ,heat ,water and soil resource of Loniceraedulis in extremely cold areas .The results showed that ,the ecological effect of Lonicera edulis was stronger ,but there were certain difference on the berry characters between its families ,and the coefficients of variance of the berry vertical (2 .17% ) were larger ,but its transect diameter (1 .89% ) were smaller .According to the main evaluation indicators of the berry characters ,and considering its growth vigor ,genetic performance and the average number of seeds ,LQS05 and LQS03 were to be regarded as excellent individual ,its berry were larger ,and its variation were smaller .关键词
