摘要
Abstract
There are two main cause of natural aging , one for progressive DNA damage;the other for mitochondrial dysfunction . Generally we believed that the both paths are isolated .However , recent studies have shown that DNA damage , p53 molecule activa-tion, biosynthesis and mitochondrial dysfunction integreted and induced aging .To clarify the relationship between molecular axis and functional degenerative of aging organ as well as aging related diseases , for research and development the new drug with a large val-ue .关键词
