Abstract
Objectives To study the influence of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on human colorectal cancer cell proliferation in eld -erly patients.Methods Immunohistochemical assay before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in colorectal cancer cells PCNA -positive index changes .Results 54 cases of colorectal cancer patients before neoadjuvant cancer chemotherapy PCNA -positive in-dex was significantly lower after chemotherapy , 6 patients before chemotherapy PCNA-positive index was increased .Conclusions The new adjuvant chemotherapy in colorectal cancer cell proliferation decreas .关键词
