摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapy of middleaged and aged upper eyelid laxity which can meet their requirements of physiology and aesthetics. Methods Between the line of 2 to 3 mm above the eyelid margin,cut off the eyelid skin and the orbicularis oculi muscle,remove the excess skin,finally suture the skin and the orbicularis oculi muscle respectly. Results After the surgery,48 patients were satisfied with the surgery,after 4 to 7 days,the fold has returned normality.The edge of the eyelids appear fluency,the double eyelids are probably symmetry,the triangle eye deformity disappeared,the field of vision returned normally. Conclusion The operation of upper laxity with incision in eyelids margin position is a simple and effective method which can treat the middleaged and aged upper eyelid laxity.关键词
