点阵CO2激光治疗兔耳增生性瘢痕后P物质的变化
The change of substance P during treatment of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ear with fractional CO2 laser

Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of substance P after fractional CO2 laser on the treatment of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ear. Methods The model of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ear was established,then expression of substance P were tested by immunohistochemical after fractional CO2 laser on the treatment of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ear. Results The score of substance P expression at 1st day was 1.33 ± 0.50,the score of expression at 4th day was 7.67 ± 1.58, xpression score at 7th day was 4.00±1.41,the score of expression at 14th day was 1.56±0.88,there is statistical significance between the two days(P<0.05). Conclusions The change of substance P after fractional CO2 laser on the treatment of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ear shows a trend from rise to decline,it may be related to fractional CO2 laser participating in wound regeneration in situ.关键词
