Abstract
Objective Observation of the curative effects of decoction of pure external medicine in acne pigmentation,to find an effective treatment method by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A randomized,controlled,single blind study,will meet the inclusion criteria of 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group:In 38 cases,The effect of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine micro noodle die treatment (treatment group);Control group:For Qianbai Hydroquinone Cream(2%Hydroquinone Cream aka Qing Kunshuang)treatment (referred to as the control group).Observe the two groups before treatment,30 days,60 days after the degree of pigmentation,pigmentation area changes. Results Two groups of patients treated for 30 days,60 days after the changes in the score of the degree of pigmentation,pigmentation area and the total score,P<0.05.The two groups showed significant difference in treatment group:Efficacy evaluation:Cured 6 cases,markedly effective in 18 cases, effective in 14 cases,invalid in 0 cases,the total effective rate was 100%:Control group:Cured 0 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases,effective in 23 cases,invalid in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 78.9%.Comparison of efficacy of the two groups P<0.05,There were significant differences between the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion The effect of pure traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy has a significant role in promoting the facial pigmentation faded.关键词
