多种局部皮瓣在唇缺损修复中的临床应用分析
Application analysis of different local flaps in the repairing lip defects
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application of local flap in reconstruction of lip tissue defects,and offer solutions for different types of lip tissue defects. Methods Forty-nine patients who received local flap reconstruction of lip tissue were analised since 2011 in our hospital,According to the different location and shape of tissue depects,different local flaps were choosed including A-T flap, V-Y advanced flap,Direct suture combined Z plasty,lip compound flaps,cross-lip flaps,inferior labial musculo mucosal double-pedicle flap,unilateral labial-buccat rotating flaps. Results All flaps survived well without any obvious complications.The appearance and function were satisfactary. Conclusion According to the size,shape,location of the defects,different local flaps were designed to repair the defects and satisfactory results could be obtained.关键词
