Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of pyogenic granuloma. Methods 93 patients with pyogenic granuloma were randomly divided into two groups.48 patients were treated with fractional CO2 laser and 45 patients were treated with CO2 laser. The effect and safety were observed after 3 weeks and 6 months. Results The cure rates after one treatment session were 97.92%and 86.67%in fractional CO2 laser group and CO2 laser group, respectively.The total cure rates in fractional CO2 laser group and CO2 laser group were 100%and 95.56%,respectively.The cure rates after one treatment of fractional CO2 laser group was significant higher than the CO2 laser group.The blood loss during operation was poor in fractional CO2 laser group,the patients in fractional CO2 laser group had less operation time and shorter wound healing time than that of CO2 laser group.The hypopigmentation rate and hyperpigmentation rate of differences weren't statistically significant between two groups.The scar rate of fractional CO 2 laser group was significant lower than CO2 laser group. Conclusions The fractional CO2 laser treatment for patients with pyogenic granuloma was better than CO2 laser,which is less blood loss during operation, shorter recovery time,less adverse reactions and lower incidence of scar.关键词
