摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of the ALA-PDT in treatment of generalized recalcitrant facial verruca plana. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases of treatment group were treated by ALA-PDT every 10 to 14 days for four times in total,38 cases of control group treated by Imiquimod cream once every two days for eight weeks.All patients were followed up for 3 months. Results The effective rates of the treatment was higher than that of the control groups.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment and the control groups were all 0,with no significant different(P>0.05). Conclusion ALA-PDT therapy is effective,safe for generalized recalcitrant facial verruca plana.关键词
