Policy Mechanisms of Low-carbon Agriculture Development Along the Yellow River Economic Zone in Ningxia
摘要
Abstract
It is proved by the theoretical and practical evidences that a set of systematic policy measures and supporting mechanism is needed and the external conducive environment of the development of low-carbon agriculture should be formed in order to develop low-carbon agriculture. To construct and perfect the long-term policy mechanism of low-carbon agriculture, the authors put forward suggestions such as strengthening the financial support for low- carbon agriculture, improving the agricultural development of carbon sequestration trading mechanism, emphasizing the benefit linking mechanism of farmers on the industrial chain, building a new agricultural management system, establishing and improving mechanisms for agricultural resources and environmental protection.关键词
