Abstract
With the development of rural economy and society, a large number of rural labors transferred to urban, and the transference rate of rural land contract and operation right increased significantly. The moderate scale operation has become inevitable choice for rural economic development. It is a long-term, arduous and important task in agricultural and rural work to improve the transference system of rural land contract and operation right and to guide their transference orderly. This paper summarized the current outstanding problems in the transference of rural land contract and operation right, proposed corresponding countermeasures and analyzed its trends.关键词
