中国可行性养老模式的路径分析--以社区互助为视角

Abstract
Pension issues have become one of important strategic issues affecting the healthy development of China, and studies have been found that the current pension in rural China is not optimistic, on the rural elderly depending on pension way based on family support and the realities of the conflict make the quality of rural pension cannot be improved, many rural elderly are unable to achieve"a sense of security"under the multiple background. Faced with the current situation and problems of China's rural pension, we should consider to construct a new community pension mode, which is based on family support, and has mutual support and elderly self-help. The mode should be built through the creation of multiple actors together to participate in a network of organizations and engaging participatory interest mechanism, resulting in rural elderly pension mode of self-help, mutual aid, so as to improve the quality of rural pension. To this end, the government should activate community volunteerism, revive of traditional village rules, develop more inclusive policies, and enhance the capabilities of the main body of action.关键词
