摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets on the treatment of patients with malignant tumor.Methods We enrolled 80 patients with malignant tumor who were admitted into the Affiliated Huidong Hospital of Guangdong Medical College from January 2010 to December 2013.According to treatment methods , the subjects were divided into two groups: combined treatment group ( n=41) and control group (n=39) .The control group was administrated with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets , and the combined treatment group was treated by oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets.The treatment duration was 10 days for both groups.Record and comparison was made between the two groups in pain-relieving effect , the maintenance dose of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets , adverse reaction during treatment, NRS score before and after treatment, prevalence of depressive and prevalence of anxiety.Results (1) The two groups were not significantly different in pain -relieving effect (P>0.05) .(2) The two groups were not significantly different in the maintenance dose of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets (P>0.05) .(3) Before and after treatment, the two groups were not significantly different in NRS score ( P>0.05 ); after the treatment , the two groups had lower NRS score than that before treatment (P<0.05) .(4) Before treatment, the two groups were not significantly different in the prevalence of depression ( P>0.05 ); after treatment , the two groups were significantly different in the prevalence of depression ( P<0.05) .After treatment, the prevalence of depression of control group was not significantly different from that after treatment (P>0.05), while the prevalence of depression of combined treatment group was significantly different from that before treatment (P<0.05) .(5) Before and after treatment, the two groups were not significantly different in the prevalence of anxiety (P>0.05) .After treatment, the prevalence rate of anxiety of control group was not significantly different from that before treatment ( P>0.05 ) , while the prevalence rate of anxiety of combined treatment group was significantly different from that before treatment ( P<0.05 ) .( 6 ) The two groups were not significantly different in the prevalence of constipation ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion The combined application of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets and flupentixol and melitracen tablets could effectively relieve the pain in patients with malignant tumor , ease depression and negative emotions and reduce adverse reaction.关键词
