监狱女警的心理韧性与工作压力、焦虑、抑郁的关系研究
Relationship Among Psychological Resilience, Work Stress, Anxiety and Depression in Prison Policewomen

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship among psychological resilience , work stress, anxiety and depression in prison policewomen.Methods From January to February in 2014, we conducted survey on 155 prison policewomen in a Nanning prison in Guangxi Province using CD -RISC, Prison Police Word Stress Scale , SAS and SDS.Pearson correlation , hierarchy regression analysis and mediation test were undertaken to explore the relationship .Results The score of resilience ranged from 41 to 131, with an average score of (81.93 ±16.06), according to which 31 (20.0%) subjects had high level of resilience, 28 (18.1%) had low level of resilience , and 96 (61.9%) had average level of resilience.The subjects had higher ( P<0.05) score in SAS〔(52.77 ±12.58) vs.(29.78 ±0.46)〕 and SDS〔(55.06 ±13.25) vs.(41.88 ±10.57)〕 than national norm , with an detection rate of 56.7% ( 88/155 ) for anxiety and 71.6% ( 111/155 ) for depression.Psychological resilience was negatively correlated with work stress , anxiety and depression (r=-0.228, -0.386, -0.466; P<0.01);work stress was positively correlated with anxiety and depression (r=0.468, 0.394; P<0.01).Psychological resilience can negatively predict the anxiety and depression of subjects (β=-0.296, -0.390; P<0.01); work stress could positively predict the anxiety and depression of subjects (β=0.404, 0.285; P<0.01); the mediation effects of psychological resilience between work stress and anxiety and depression were 22.97% and 14.32% respectively.Conclusion Psychological resilience and work stress can predict the anxiety and depression of prison policewomen , and psychological resilience has medication effects between work stress and anxiety and depression to some extent.关键词
