基于文献分析的我国乡村医生领域问题研究
Major Existing Problems in the Field of Rural Doctors Based on Literature Analysis

Abstract
Objective To explore the problems in the field of rural doctors based on literature analysis and to classify and analyze the problems. Methods We made a retrieval of literature in CNKI. We searched" country doctor +problems" in" 2000-01-01—2014-12-31" under the condition of " abstract" . A total of 684 pieces of qualified literature were gathered, from which the problems in the field of family doctor were collected. Boundary analysis was conducted to determine whether the included problems reached saturation. According to the dimension of" submodule-concept-indicator" provided by health system macroscopic model, the problems were classified and concluded. Results There are 22 categories of problems existing in the field of family doctor. The 22 categories were further classified as five major categories: resources, organization, management mechanism, outcomes and macro -environment. Conclusion There are 22 categories of problems existing in the field of family doctor in China, and the problems interact with and influence each other in the logic relation of " structure -process-result" and also interact with the outside macro-environment.关键词
