Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of severe non proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods:60 patients with non proliferative diabetic retinopathy were selected.They had a total of 102 eyes.All patients were controlled blood glucose;the fasting blood glucose was controlled in less than or equal to 8.80 mmol/L;the blood pressure was controlled in normal level.All patients were treated with panretinal photocoagulation.Results:The visual acuity, retinal microvascular lesion degree score,macular edema degree score,retinal total circulation time,retinal capillary non perfusion area and retinal capillary leakage range change of 60 patients were compared before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significants(P<0.05).After the treatment of 102 eyes,the total effective rate was 93.1%.Conclusion:The panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of severe non proliferative diabetic retinopathy has significant curative effect.关键词
