Abstract
Objective:To explore the incidence and risk factors of nosocomial infections in hospitalized patients in internal medicine-cardiovascular department.Methods:1544 hospitalized patients in internal medicine-cardiovascular department were selected,and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:92 patients(6.1% ) had nosocomial infections.Age,duration of disease,serum protein levels,length of hospital stay,intrusive operation,cardiac functional grading,preventive use of antibiotics were associated with nosocomial infection;invasive procedures,cardiac functional grading,preventive use of antibiotics were the independent risk factors.Conclusion:Nosocomial infections in hospitalized patients in internal medicine-cardiovascular department were related to a variety of factors;invasive procedures,cardiac functional grading,preventive use of antibiotics were the independent risk factors.关键词
