摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of paroxetine combined with small dose of olanzapine in the treatment of patients with depression and insomnia.Methods:104 depression patients with insomnia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 52 cases in each.The control group was given small dose olanzapine,and the experimental group was given paroxetine on the basis of the control group,then we compared two groups of treatment effect. Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate of 98.1% was significantly higher than 80.8% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HAMD score,HAMA score,PSQI score of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and HAMD score,HAMA score and PSQI score in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Paroxetine combined with small dose of olanzapine in the treatment of patients with depression and insomnia can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of sleep,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
