Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of vitreous cavity injection of lucentis for patients with exudative age-related macular degeneration.Methods:72 patients(72 eyes) with exudative age-related macular degeneration were selected. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 cases in each.The control group were treated with vitreous cavity injection of triamcinolone acetonide,and the treatment group were treated with vitreous cavity injection of lucentis.Results:After treatment,the two groups were significantly improved,while the best corrected visual acuity of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of vitreous cavity injection of lucentis for patients with exudative age-related macular degeneration had good security.It was conducive to the rapid recovery of vision.关键词
