静脉血与末梢血在血常规检测中的探讨
Study in blood routine test in venous blood and peripheral blood
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the stability of venous blood and peripheral blood in blood routine test.Methods:50 cases of medical personnel were selected.They were randomly divided into the peripheral blood group and venous blood group with 25 cases in each group.The peripheral blood group used fingertip blood and the venous blood group used venous blood.We compared the measured results of the two groups.Results:There was no significant differences in the white blood cell detection results in peripheral blood group at 30 minutes and 10 minutes(P>0.05).The results at the two time points were significantly lower than immediate results(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the platelet test results at 30 minutes and 10 minutes(P>0.05). The results at the two time points were significantly higher than immediate results(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of white blood cells and platelets in the venous blood group at 30 minutes,10 minutes and immediate(P>0.05). Conclusion:Venous blood was used to detect,it had a higher fairness and stability,and it was the first choice for routine examination.关键词
