食管癌术后双胃管的临床应用与护理
Clinical application and nursing of double stomach tube after esophageal cancer surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application and nursing of double stomach tube for drainage and early enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods:72 patients after esophageal cancer surgery were selected.They were given double stomach tube for early enteral nutrition.Results:72 patients can tolerance double tube.Through careful observation, scientific nursing,postoperative early enteral nutrition,can maintain patients nutrition requirement,reduce the amount and time of intravenous infusion,and reduce the total parenteral nutrition treatment costs of patients.Conclusion:After the operation of esophageal cancer,the application of double tube and careful nursing for double stomach tube can provide nutritional supplement for patients.The effect was significant.关键词
