Service demand and nursing strategy for patients with venous transfusion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the service demand of patients with venous transfusion,and to explore the nursing countermeasures for the patients' needs.Methods:100 patients with venous transfusion were selected,and they were administered questionnaires and targeted care.Results:The main content of the patients were the nurse to patrol the care and the environment clean ventilation(P<0.05);the most concerned problem were puncture failure and liquid empty(P<0.05).After nursing, satisfaction reached 97% .Conclusion:In the process of transfusion for the patients,providing high-quality care,active communication,and paying full attention to the needs and the problem of patients can significantly improve the patients' satisfaction and strengthen the safety of intravenous infusion.关键词
