Clinical nursing of endoscopic submucosal dissection for treatment of esophageal precancerous lesions

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing of endoscopic submucosal dissection for treatment of esophageal precancerous lesions.Methods:80 patients with esophageal precancerous lesions treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection were selected.Before operation,they were given nursing assessment,psychological nursing and preoperative preparation.During operation,we closely observed the patient's condition and completed the operation coordination.After operation,they were given posture nursing,airway nursing,dietary nursing,observation and nursing of complications.We summed up the nursing experience. Results:80 patients received a smooth transition from the preoperative to surgery.The recovery of patients after surgery was good. There was no nursing complications.Conclusion:Endoscopic submucosal dissection for esophageal precancerous lesions can improve the complete resection rate of lesions,but the risk was large.Professional and meticulous care can effectively improve the success rate and reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
