疼痛护理干预对骨科患者术后镇痛效果的影响
Influence of pain nursing intervention on postoperative analgesia of patients in department of orthopedics

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of pain nursing intervention on postoperative analgesia of patients in department of orthopedics.Methods:100 patients with orthopedic surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the routine group and the intervention group with 50 cases in each.The conventional group were given routine nursing care.The intervention group were given pain nursing intervention.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,postoperative pain was lower than the conventional group,and postoperative sleep quality was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the perioperative period of department of orthopedics,the pain nursing intervention can help relieve the pain of patients, and improve the sleep quality.It had a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
