科研管理模式在我院创新管理体系中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To cultivate high-quality medical professional team,establish special departments,build brand hospital. Methods:The research management mode was applied in the personnel appointment,the hardware consummation,the foreign exchange,the scientific research technology.We analyzed the medical quality data at three years before and after the implementation of research management pattern.Results:Through 3 years of innovative management,the structure of the talent structure was more reasonable;the comprehensive medical level was further improved;the scientific research results were plentiful. Conclusion:Scientific research management mode played an important role in the establishment of the personnel team construction and improvement of the quality of medical services.It can promote the upgrade of comprehensive medical level.关键词
