Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of N-acetylcysteine for ovulation induction therapy of polycystic ovary syndrome with clomiphene resistant.Methods:100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with clomiphene resistant were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given promoting ovulation drugs,folic acid and clomiphene citrate.The observation group were treated with N-acetylcysteine. We compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the number of mature follicle development,ovulation cases,pregnancy cases were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,adverse reactions were observed in 5 patients(10% ),and the observation group had no adverse reaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of N-acetylcysteine for ovulation induction therapy of polycystic ovary syndrome with clomiphene resistant was remarkable.The adverse reaction was little.It had good safety.关键词
