自拟中药组方治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察
Observation of the curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treatment of acute gouty arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:86 patients with acute gout arthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 case in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription,then we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treatment of acute gouty arthritis was significant.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and reduce the pain of patients.关键词
