Cause analysis and preventive measures of nursing safety hidden trouble in gynaecology and obstetrics

Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes and preventive measures of nursing safety hidden trouble in gynaecology and obstetrics.Methods:35 cases of nursing staff were selected as the research objects.The causes of nursing safety hidden trouble in gynaecology and obstetrics were analyzed,and according to the practical nursing,we developed scientific and feasible prevention programs.Results:The causes of nursing safety hidden trouble in gynaecology and obstetrics included the environmental factors, irregularity of hospital system,nurses lacking good communication consciousness.Conclusion:For the effective prevention of obstetrics and gynecology nursing safety hidden trouble,it needs to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the hospital,regulate the working procedures of nursing staff,and on the basis of reducing the incidence rate of nursing disputes,promote the harmonious construction and long-term development of hospital.关键词
